CaliBayes software documentation
The documentation is split into 5 main sections:
Downloading and installation of the main CaliBayes service components (note that this is not necessary in order to test out the services)
Information on installing and using the CaliBayes support packages for R
Documentation for the interfaces to the CaliBayes web-services
Specifications for the XML_data_formats consumed and produced by the CaliBayes services
If you have trouble using any of the CaliBayes software, in the first instance please contact ColinGillespie regarding the R support packages and YuhuiChen for everything else.
